Your Middleton Resident ID is your key to enjoying all that your community has to offer! Simply bring your card with you to the park, pool, dog park, or to the courts tap it at the entry gate, and the gate will unlock to allow you access.

Please be aware that access to certain facilities may have age requirements, so make sure to check the posted rules at each location!

Different from your Resident ID, your single-sided Middleton card can be used to open community gates. Simply hold your card in front of the reader for automobile access.

Your initial Resident ID is free, and a part of the many benefits that come along with living in Middleton. If you need to replace a lost or damaged card, a small replacement fee may apply.

Each Resident ID is for the primary resident, however additional cards can be issued for family members living in your household. These cards will grant the same access to community parks and facilities. Please be sure to reference each facility’s posted rules to check any age requirements before visiting.

Yes! Residents are welcome to bring friends and family members with you as long as you accompany them while they visit.

While your Middleton Resident ID provides access to all the fantastic benefits right here in Middleton community, it does not provide access to The Villages amenities. Middleton residents can only access The Villages' amenities as a guest of a Villager, provided they have a valid guest ID.
